There is no rescheduling fee. To cancel a service at the last minute may warrant a fee... if you feel this may be a problem mention it during the quote process.

The soft wash Pump used for roof washing is rated for 65psi

Primarily WATER, SOAP (surfactant), and just enough BLEACH to effectively remove the mold, algae, and other contaminants. Measured by a valve or manually by the batch.

We use the customers water for pressure washing etc. 

NEHM is responsible for all equipment and materials for any job it accepts, meaning Nick will go to the store/supplier and bring the item(s) to the property for the customer.

Nicks Exterior Home Maintenance is not sponsored by any brand. Nick uses whichever paint is appropriate. Nick is w illing to use any customer requested brand(s), some brands have their own well-earned reputation.

NEHM does own and use paint sprayers when necessary and when appropriate to do so.

Product dry times vary depending on multiple  factors. If you think this may be a problem ask Nick!
