The beginning...
Nick learned about customer service and customer satisfaction as a teenager. It all started in the early 2000's doing landscaping & pressure washing for family, neighbors, and some customers that Nick found handing out flyers. Nick worked for some years for contractors after Hurricane Katrina 2005 and learned some basics and standards of the Industry. Early on Nick got some hands-on experience in general contruction, demolition and tear outs, sheetrock and painting (interior/ext), caulking i.e. windows & doors, trim and crown moulding, concrete finishing, A/C & Duct installations, small engine maintenance and repair and more. It's
definetly cost Nick some blood, sweat and tears but nowadays it's mainly just smiling customers and rush hour traffic mixed with rainy days and heat advisories.
Over 15 years experience...
I've helped countless homeowners deal with their lawn and garden issues, countless numbers of times - I've pressure washed so many houses and driveways I've retired four previous pressure washers, I'm on my fifth machine now.
Making it offical...
It was 2018 when I started Nick's Exterior Home Maintenance (short-name NEHM). I realized bringing NEHM mainstream allows for mass advertising and more opportunity to help the community. NEHM could stand on its own two feet. Long before face mask came and Maintenance made the list of essential services I was making it happen. I enjoy seeing the transformation...
What keeps me coming back is the transformation. Watching dirty & overgrown transform into clean & tidy. I enjoy meeting with the customers, getting their perspective. Then the knock on their door after completing the job, and seeing their smiles and feeling their sense of relief.

I know the boundaries and limitations of my equipment and skill. I aim for transparency and simplicity. I aim for the 5-star experience.
